Slippery tips

Pure
PTFE or
(polytetrafluoroethylene)
has the lowest
coefficient of friction
of any known solid
material at 0.04µk
which has a similar
effect to that of
sliding together
blocks of
wet ice.

Elastic,
especially high grade
latex formulations
have a very high
surface resistance.
So to achieve a balance
a high quality PTFE bush
must be used as the
elastic leaves the
pole tip.

This system
used in conjunction
with a water based
elastic  lubricant

will give a smooth non-sticking and
 judder free movement
of the elastic while
the fish is being
retrieved.

The unique
180° front end radius
of Vespe SLIPPERY TIPS
is especially useful with
big fish that dive for
cover, under
your pole tip.

Tips should be a
tight "push fit" onto
a clean pre-cut
pole section.

Used together with
ST Intermediates
your system will
be perfect.
